Short version: read freely, cite us, don't hammer the servers, and don't treat a figure here as gospel without checking the source it names.
Who we are
Unrushed Ledger is published by Unrushed Studio, a Mistral Spark project. These terms cover your use of the site at this domain.
The service
Unrushed Ledger is an informational company-intelligence record: a curated, sourced set of facts about companies, investors, funding rounds and news, compiled by scheduled research routines from public sources. It is not financial, investment, legal or business advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, invest in, or otherwise do business with any entity listed.
We work hard to source every figure and to mark anything stale or undisclosed rather than guess; that discipline is the point of the product. But the underlying facts can still be wrong, incomplete, or out of date by the time you read them. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the primary source named next to it before acting on it.
Acceptable use
You're welcome to read, link to, and cite the ledger. You may not:
- scrape or query the site at a rate that could reasonably be called abusive, or that degrades it for other readers;
- present the ledger's data, or a substantial copy of it, as your own original research or reporting;
- use the site to attempt to gain access to data, systems, or accounts that aren't yours.
Intellectual property
The curated compilation (the selection, arrangement, and presentation of entries in the ledger) is © Unrushed Studio. The underlying facts themselves (that a company raised a round, on a given date, for a given amount) are facts, and remain facts; nobody owns them. Where an entry quotes or closely paraphrases a source, that material belongs to the original source, and the ledger credits it.
No warranty; limitation of liability
This site and everything on it is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the information is accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unrushed Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its data.
Accounts
Accounts exist as of 10 August 2026, and these terms were extended to cover them on that date, as the previous version promised. An account is free and buys one thing: a watchlist of the entities you choose to follow, and access to the full record on each entity's page. Creating one means agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy; the sign-up form asks you to say so explicitly, and we keep that answer.
- You must be at least 16, and the email you register must be yours.
- The password is yours to keep secret, and the account's activity is yours to answer for. Tell us if you believe it has been compromised.
- One person, one account, operated by a human. Accounts created in bulk, by scripts, or to evade the acceptable-use limits above may be suspended or removed.
- You can leave at any time: email alper@mistralspark.com from the account's address and the account and its watchlist are deleted, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established. If you have a dispute, contact us first at the address below. Most things get resolved there.
